Prof. Yeong Min Jang, Chair of the IEEE 802.15.7m Optical Wireless Communications (OWC) Task Group, played a leading role in the development of IEEE Std 802.15.7-2018, titled “IEEE Standard for Local and Metropolitan Area Networks—Part 15.7: Short-Range Optical Wireless Communications,” which was published by IEEE on April 23, 2019.
